Tai Chi for Beginners Virtual Sessions - 4 weeks, once weekly

Recovery movement is vital to your weekly activities at midlife and beyond. The benefits of Tai Chi range from boosted immunity and coordination to balance and mobility. Learn the basic principles of this wonderful anchient Chinese martial art. We will practice the foundational movements of the Yang Style, working toward learning the 8 Form and the 24 Short Form. Add this challenging, yet gentle practice to your weekly recovery movement, and truly optimize all other aspects of your life, sleep, fat loss, and your midlife/menopause specific exercise training!
